"Good knives at a great price" 2009-09-10
By Charles C. Lamm
Have not used all of the knives yet, but the paring knives and the chef are both great. They are sharp and have a good feel to the hand. The only drawback I see so far is that the chef's knife could have a little more weight to it for hand control/feel when chopping food such as carrots, radishes, etc.
"Best Knives Ever" 2009-02-03
By Edward M. Madden (FPO, AP United States)
Not only are the knives the "MOST EXCELLENT", the service in sending them to us was "EXTREMELY" prompt. We had ordered a similar set with 2 less pieces for $50 more, but it took over 2 months to come. We are so glad for the delay so that we could order yours with more pieces for $50 less.
"Good blades, very sharp" 2009-02-02
By Raymond D. Tai (PA)
The blades are actually very sharp and steel is thick. The blade is much thicker and stronger than any other famous brands. I do not feel any part of them that are look cheap. They are worth the money.
"Disappointed" 2008-01-24
By Michael Ward
I expected much better quality from Wustof. Very light and not a good feel.
"Good knife set, great value!" 2007-11-24
By B. Hobbs (Los Angeles, CA)
WE're not professional chefs (or anywhere near it), but these knifes really do the job. They're very sharp, well weighted and great value!
